FalconAI LLC ("FalconAI", "we", "us") runs the websites falconai.app and falconaillc.com and builds software products. This policy explains what personal information we collect through these websites and our text messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our products, for example Falcon Jobster, may add their own notices for the data you enter in them.
Information we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
- Text message consent. If you tick the text message box, we keep a record of it: the date and time, your phone number, the exact wording you agreed to, your IP address and browser type.
- Technical logs. Our servers record the IP address, browser type and pages requested to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers on these websites, and the fonts and images load from our own servers.
How we use it
- To answer your message and, if you asked for it, to contact you.
- To send text messages you agreed to: one-time passcodes, account and security alerts, and replies to your inquiry.
- To keep our websites secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
We use your phone number to send text messages only if you agreed to receive them. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold or rented. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver the messages, such as our messaging provider Twilio, and only to the extent needed to send them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. See our SMS Terms.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it with providers that host our systems, deliver email and text messages, or protect them from abuse, and who may use it only to serve us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to answer them and for our business records. We keep text message consent records for as long as we need to show that consent was given. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), unless we must keep it by law.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@falconai.llc. Residents of some US states have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we honor them. We will answer within the time the law requires.
Children
Our websites are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
