These terms apply when you use the websites falconai.app and falconaillc.com (the "Sites") operated by FalconAI LLC ("FalconAI", "we", "us"). By using the Sites you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

Our services

The Sites describe our design, software development, AI automation and advertising services and our products. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or order between you and us. Products such as Falcon Jobster have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

Using the Sites

You agree to use the Sites lawfully. You will not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Sites or our systems, send spam or malicious content through the contact form, or use the Sites to harm others. We may block access to anyone who does.

Your messages

When you send us a message, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms.

Intellectual property

The Sites, including the text, graphics, logos and software, belong to FalconAI LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages of the Sites for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy or reuse them otherwise without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Sites may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FalconAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Sites is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Pennsylvania have jurisdiction over disputes about the Sites.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Sites after a change means you accept it.
