SMS Terms
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This page describes the text message (SMS) program run by FalconAI LLC. It is the program you join when you agree to receive texts from us.
What we send
We send only these kinds of messages, and only to people who asked for them:
- One-time sign-in codes when you request a code to log in to one of our products, such as Falcon Jobster.
- Account and security alerts about your account.
- Replies to an inquiry you sent us, when you ticked the text message box on our contact form.
We do not send advertising or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You agree to receive texts in one of two ways. You enter your mobile number in a Falcon product and request a sign-in code, which sends you that code. Or you tick the unchecked box on the contact form next to this wording:
I agree to receive text messages from FalconAI LLC at the phone number above, including one-time passcodes, account and security alerts, and replies to my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We keep a record of the consent: the time, your number, this wording and your IP address.
Example messages
- 123456 is your Falcon Jobster sign-in code. Valid for 5 minutes. Do not share this code.
- FalconAI: We received your message and will reply by email soon. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. You get a text when you request a code, when there is an alert about your account, or when we reply to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and then no more texts from that number. To join again, request a new code or use the contact form again.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email info@falconai.llc or call +1 (220) 220-0100.
